Jessica Pirck

Co-Founder & CLO

Jessica Pirck Aguilar is an Education speciallist with a degree in both Education and Psychology from the Universidad de Monterrey. Over the past 5 years she has been involved in several education programs in Mexico and the United States to improve education strategies for K12. In Steam To Teach, Jessica foresees the education content of all the apps and the education strategies to be implemented. She works with the development team to test, review and design the education curriculums and maintains contact with the education professionals for testing and validation.

Juan Leal

Co-Founder

Juan Eduardo Leal Lara is a physicist, entrepreneur and world changer having started several companies in the past 10 years. Leal founded Aztek Global Ventures, a technology commercialization consulting firm with partners in over 15 countries. While doing his MBA in Renewables at Beuth Hoschule in Germany he founded PNX Labs, a VR development company focused on developing VR trainig solutions for companies and education institutions. From March 2017 till October 2018 Leal was the Vice President of Latin-America of the Swedish companies Flowplayer and Roxen AB. Recently Leal has Co-Founded Steam To Teach, to change the world of k12 education in science and technology. "Everyone can be good at math."

Trisha Callella

Board of Advisers

Trisha Callella, Ed.D. is an educational leader in learning sciences, educational technology, and professional learning. She is a learning experience designer with a passion for creative technologies. She is currently the Director of Innovation and Instruction for the Rowland Unified School District. Trisha has accomplished much in the 20+ years she has worked in education. She is a published author of children's books. Some of the published credits of Trisha Callella include Daily Writing Warm-Ups: Grades 5-6, Daily Writing Warm-Ups: Grades 3-4, Greek and Latin Roots, Gr. 4-8, and Developing Reading Fluency Grade 1: Using Modeled Reading, Phrasing, and Repeated Oral Reading.

Anthony Johnson

2017 Teacher of the Year. Anthony Johnson is an eduation leader with a passion to inspire children to learn by doing. Anthony spends most of his time teaching with problem solving techniques and real life experiences. Mr Johnson is passionate about the use of VR for STEAM education and works with the Steam To Teach team to develop STEAM VR applications for High School Students. Apple Distinguished Educator. Katherine Gardner

Katie Gardner is an English as a Second Language teacher in Kindergarten at Rowan-Salisbury Schools, NC. Passionate about using iPads to ignite creativity in the development of engaging lessons Language Arts and Literacy. Katherine wants to expand the teaching possibilities for children with the use of technology and novel education strategies. As a member of the Board of Advisers at Steam To Teach, she works with Jessica Pirck and other education professionals to design, test and validate potential applications to teach different subjects to kindergarteners.
